Bedrooms
● Menus and guests welcome info are available in each room
● Cordless kettles are available in both rooms
● Bedrooms are lockable with a key and guests are provided with a front
door key

● Each bedroom has a main ceiling light, bedside lamps on each side of
bed. Each room is provided with a small torch
● Duvets and pillows are made of a synthetic filling
● Twin room has a private bathroom, small handrail each side of bath,
height of bath is 58cm, with over head shower
● Double room is ensuit and same as twin room
● Heating is by storage heaters in both bathrooms and bedrooms
● Each bedroom has a well stocked beverage tray
Additional Information
● Orange and T mobile can be accessed within the house. Limited
coverage for other networks
● Escape route and map in each bedroom
● Fridge available for storing medication and special dietary foods
● In an emergency details of where to find owner in the night
● We are a non smoking house throughout
● As we are a working farm and have 2 working collie dogs, so we are
unable to accommodate pets
