Introduction
We are a working family farm offering Bed and Breakfast.

● 7 miles from Ludlow. No public transport
● Nearest village shop 2 miles away
● Details of taxis in accommodation
● Premises not suitable for any mobility impairment/visual/hearing
Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
● Designated parking spaces for 4 cars
● Tarmac surface
● Car park adjacent to accommodation
● Surface is smooth and flat from car park to entrance
● Car park is lit at night
Main Entrance
● Only one entrance for guests
● 3 small steps leading to front door
● Front door is side hung
● Wooden handrail on stairs
● Level floor in entrance hall
● There are 13 steps to the first floor. Each step is 86 cm wide and 20 cm high. There is a handrail on the left
Hall, Stairs, Landing
● No lifts or escalators
● Carpet flooring throughout accommodation, except for entrance hall which is stone tile
● Stairs are carpeted with wooden hand rail on left
● Landing and bedrooms all on one level with carpet flooring
● One Fire door on landing top half glass.
Sitting Room
● Sitting room fitted carpet natural lighting and uniform lighting
● All on one level
● Colour contrast with door and skirting
● Wood burning stove
Bedrooms
● Menus and guests welcome info are available in each room
● Cordless kettles are available in both rooms
● Bedrooms are lockable with a key and guests are provided with a front door key
● Televisions have teletext
● Each bedroom has a main ceiling light, bedside lamps on each side of bed. Each room is provided with a small torch
● Duvets and pillows are made of a synthetic filling
● Twin room has a private bathroom, small handrail each side of bath, height of bath is 58cm, with over head shower
● Double room is ensuit and same as twin room
● Heating is by storage heaters in both bathrooms and bedrooms
● Each bedroom has a well stocked beverage tray
Additional Information
● Orange and T mobile can be accessed within the house. Limited coverage for other networks
● Escape route and map in each bedroom
● Fridge available for storing medication and special dietary foods
● In an emergency details of where to find owner in the night
● We are a non smoking house throughout
● As we are a working farm and have 2 working collie dogs, so we are unable to accommodate pets
● If you have any special dietary needs please let us know when making a booking
